Can I purchase parts at your location?
No, you cannot purchase parts at our location. We are not a store—we are a full-service shop with a large stock of replacement parts that we utilize with our repair and warranty-related services.
My AC is not working
Check if the indoor and outdoor units are running. Check if a breaker has tripped. Is one of them making an unusual noise? If the system is not cooling or heating on demand, it is best to shut the system off and call for service to discuss situation. Have as much information about the issue as possible.
My AC is not working and the thermostat is blank
Have you checked the batteries, replace as needed. Best practice is to replace the batteries twice a year at the time change, Daylight Savings and the End of Daylight Savings. Have you checked if a breaker has tripped, reset if necessary. If the batteries or breaker are not the issue, call for service to discuss the situation. Have has much information about the issue as possible.
My ac is not working and the air handler is leaking water
Have you checked and or cleared the condensate line? Adding white vinegar monthly to the condensate line can aid in preventing a clogged line. If you are unable to clear the condensate line or the line is not the issue, call for service to discuss the situation. Have as much information about the situation as possible.
My heat pump pool heater is leaking water
Can you see where the water is coming from, such as a connection or pipe. If you don't see an active leak, the water may be normal condensation produced by the heat pump. The heat pump can produce a gallon of condensation per hour of operation. The water should clear up after the unit shuts down for the day. If water continues to leak when the unit is off, call for service to discuss the situations. Have as much information about the issue as possible.
It's a bit chilly today and I wanted to heat the pool but the heat pump doesn't start
Does the heat pump have a low-pressure error on the display? What is the ambient temperature? Most heat pumps do not operate if the ambient temperature is 50* or below. Try starting the unit later in the day if the temperature rises. If the low temperatures are not a factor, call for service to discuss the situation. Have as much information about the issue as possible.
